Nitro Infused Cold Brew Coffee

We have a coffee shop around the corner from the office called PEIXOTO ( http://peixotocoffee.com/ ).
It is a really nice place with some great coffee. They source their own beans and roast them in-house.
Today I discovered an new type of cold brew coffee they are now offering. – Nitro Cold Brew., When I first walked in a seen a couple of gentlemen drinking what looked like a Guinness. I found out, that is the Nitro Cold Brew. It is infused with nitrogen. It makes it really creamy with a rich head and just like Guinness you have to wait for it to cascade.
I would recommend this to anyone that likes cold brew coffee.
